JOHOR BAHRU – Seorang lelaki warga Indonesia didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret di sini hari ini atas pertuduhan membunuh kakaknya di sebuah rumah di Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Skudai, minggu lepas.

Said Afendi, 24, didakwa membunuh Syarifah Ilawati, 42, kira-kira 2 pagi, 24 Dis lepas mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman mati jika sabit kesalahan.

Lelaki itu mengangguk faham selepas pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Majistret Nurkhalida Farhana Abu Bakar, bagaimanapun tiada pengakuan direkodkan kerana kes di bawah bidang kuasa Mahkamah Tinggi.  

Mahkamah menetapkan 18 Feb depan untuk sebutan semula kes bagi mendapatkan laporan bedah siasat dan kimia.

Pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Siti Fatimah Mamu, manakala tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.

Sebelum ini, Ketua Polis Daerah Johor Bahru Utara ACP Balveer Singh Mahindar Singh dilapor berkata seorang wanita warga asing maut dipercayai ditikam dengan objek tajam pada awal pagi Ahad lepas. – 31 Disember, 2023
