KUALA LUMPUR – Anak Menteri Besar Perlis akan didakwa di mahkamah berkaitan kes pemalsuan dokumen tuntutan palsu berjumlah RM600,000 esok.

Sumber memberitahu Scoop, beliau akan didakwa mengikut seksyen 18 Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) 2009.

“Dia (anak Menteri Besar Perlis) akan didakwa di mahkamah pada Khamis (esok). Maklumat lanjut mengenai pertuduhan akan dimaklumkan pihak SPRM nanti,” katanya.

Turut didakwa ialah bekas Setiausaha Politik MB.

Pada 24 April lalu, SPRM menahan reman enam orang termasuk anak lelaki Menteri Besar Perlis, Mohd Shukri Ramli berhubung siasatan kes mengemukakan dokumen dan tuntutan palsu bernilai RM600,000 sejak dua tahun lalu.

Turut ditahan ialah dua penjawat awam di Pejabat Menteri Besar dan Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, manakala yang lain adalah kontraktor syarikat.

Pada 30 April lalu, SPRM turut mengambil keterangan daripada Shukri berhubung siasatan salah guna kuasa.

Dalam pada itu, menerusi jemputan liputan mahkamah oleh SPRM kepada media, agensi itu memaklumkan sudah mendapat izin untuk mendakwa seorang pemilik syarikat dan seorang bekas setiausaha politik esok.

Pemilik syarikat berkenaan akan didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Kangar, Perlis pada jam 8 pagi manakala bekas setiausaha politik itu akan didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini pada 8.30 pagi. – 22 Mei, 2024
