KUALA LUMPUR – It was just another weekday afternoon on August 17 until a light aircraft crashed at the Guthrie Corridor Expressway near Bandar Elmina, Shah Alam.
The tragedy involving a Beechcraft 390 (Premiere 1) plane took the lives of 10 individuals – six passengers and two crew members as well as a motorcyclist and a motorist passing by.
While their remains were sent to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang, the next-of-kin gathered at the hospital’s forensic department to provide DNA for identification.
However, investigators have their work cut out for them as the probe into the crash continues. – August 19, 2023
