Bukit Jalil LRT operations extended till 1am tomorrow

Operator announces extension to accommodate Coldplay concert at the National Stadium

KUALA LUMPUR – The Bukit Jalil light rail transit (LRT) station has extended its operational hours tomorrow until 1am to accommodate fans attending British band Coldplay: Music of the Spheres World Tour concert being held at the National Stadium. 

Prasarana Malaysia Bhd, in a statement today, announced that the extension of its operational hours is in response to the operational requirements associated with events taking place at the stadium. 

“The (operational hours of) connecting stations are also extended to transport passengers to their final destination. 

“You are advised to use the Touch ‘n Go card and make sure your card balance is sufficient for smooth travel,” it told commuters. 

Recently, the event’s organisers, Live Nation Malaysia reminded fans to remain respectful of local culture and sensitivities throughout the sold-out event.
