KUALA LUMPUR – Grab Malaysia has introduced the Grab Asean Delegate Pass, offering exclusive discounts on transport, food, and mart services to delegates, as part of its efforts to support Malaysia’s Asean Chairmanship.

The initiative aims to enhance delegates’ experience while reinforcing Malaysia’s role in the regional bloc, the company said in a statement recently.

Under the #GrabBersamaASEAN banner, Grab Malaysia is working closely with the government to highlight Malaysia’s leadership in Asean while contributing to economic growth and community development.

This commitment was reaffirmed during a meeting with Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz, where Grab Malaysia pledged its support in driving initiatives aligned with Malaysia’s ASEAN leadership priorities.

“As Malaysia begins its Asean Chairmanship, Grab Malaysia is proud to support the government’s leadership role to champion Asean’s vision of inclusivity and sustainability.

This aligns with our mission to empower communities through accessible technology and innovative solutions, driving a more inclusive and sustainable future.”

“We look forward to working together to create meaningful opportunities for communities in Malaysia and across the region,” said Grab Malaysia’s Director of Country Operations and Mobility Rashid Shukor.

In addition to the Delegate Pass, Grab will leverage its platform to amplify Asean initiatives, bringing greater awareness to millions of users across the region. – March 3, 2025
