A former general manager of a state government subsidiary pleaded not guilty at the Ayer Keroh sessions court here today to a charge of using his office for gratification by appointing his daughter to a position in the company.
The Health Ministry has assured that the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Bill 2023 will be tabled before the end of the Dewan Rakyat session, which is ongoing until November 30.
