[UPDATED] Former J-Kom chief Agus gives statement to police 

Former Community Communications Department director-general Datuk Mohammad Agus Yusoff (J-Kom) spent about two hours having his statement recorded at the Kajang police headquarters today.

Wahab sends letters of demand to govt, Chegubard, alleged ‘Mr H’

Wahab’s lawyer, Faizal Rahman, confirmed that letters of demand have been sent out to three parties – the government, Bersatu information committee member Badrul Hisham Shaharin, better known as Chegubard, and J-Kom division director Hakim Ramlee. 

Police to re-submit Agus-Wahab probe papers with new leads  

Police will be re-submitting their investigation papers to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) on an indecent video allegedly featuring former Community Communications Department (J-Kom) director-general Datuk Mohammad Agus Yusoff.

He added that police have opened investigation papers on the matter under Penal Code provisions – namely Section 354 for assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty as well as Section 377D for gross indecency.

The investigation papers on a video allegedly featuring an indecent conversation between former J-Kom director-general Datuk Mohammad Agus Yusoff and a J-Kom staff member will be handed over to the Attorney-General's Chambers tomorrow, said the inspector-general of police.
