Amanah vice president Datuk Seri Mujahid Yusof Rawa has instructed his lawyers to initiate execution proceedings against PAS Ulama Council committee member Ahmad Dusuki Abdul Rani, over the latter’s alleged failure to settle court costs totalling RM23,000.
The Lembah Pantai MP, as the plaintiff, filed a suit against Dusuki on September 5 for allegedly accusing him of giving a political talk in a mosque in Rawang, Selangor.

Former PAS Ulama Council member Ahmad Dusuki Abd Rani has dropped his appeal against the high court ruling on a defamation suit involving former religious affairs minister Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa.
Independent preacher Ahmad Dusuki Abd Rani is unfazed by the letter of demand sent to him today by Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil, saying that he is ready to face the matter head-on.
