Claims circulating on social media regarding attempts to revive the teachings of controversial figure Ayah Pin in Kg Batu 13 in Hulu Besut have been dismissed by the Village Development and Security Committee
Penduduk di Kampung Batu 13 di Hulu Besut dekat sini menafikan dakwaan terdapat usaha menghidupkan semula ajaran sesat Ayah Pin atau nama sebenarnya Ariffin Muhamad di perkampungan itu seperti yang tular di media sosial.
Ketua Polis Terengganu, Datuk Mazli Mazlan berkata, menerusi tinjauan pihaknya di Kampung Batu 13, Hulu Besut baru-baru ini, didapati tiada aktiviti mencurigakan dijalankan oleh 124 orang penduduk di perkampungan itu yang terdiri daripada ahli keluarga dan saudara-mara Ayah Pin atau nama sebenarnya Ariffin Muhamad.
