Firefighters trek over half an hour to douse Broga Hill blaze

It took firefighters at least six hours to put out the forest fire at Broga Hill in Semenyih, as a team of 28 had to hike for 30 to 45 minutes to get to the site of the blaze.

Fire at Bukit Broga destroys 0.8ha of forest

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said the fire involving the peak area of Bukit Broga burnt an area of about 0.8ha of forest.
