Almost RM170 million in compassionate aid has been distributed to 168,959 heads of households affected by the 2022/2023 northeast monsoon season, the Dewan Rakyat was told today.

Penang Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) director Hairozie Asri said the department investigated the location as soon as they received information about the incident. He said DOSH has also issued an immediate stop work notice pending investigations.
