The Election Commission is targeting a turnout of at least 99% among the 927 police personnel eligible to cast their ballots in early voting for the Pulai parliamentary by-election today.
The early voting process for the state polls involving police personnel and their spouses at the General Operations Force (GOF) central brigade headquarters in Cheras which began at 8am here has gone smoothly so far, said Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay.
