Guan Eng attacks Penang leadership over Gurney Bay project faults

Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng has again raised problems with the RM247-million Gurney Bay project in what appears to be another attack on his successor Chow Kon Yeow.

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow has denied allegations that Phase 1 of the Gurney Bay project cost RM247 million and stressed that the contractor is still responsible for any damage at the site.
