Football body is awaiting government approval to secure citizenship for the players, enabling them to represent Harimau Malaya in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers starting this March
Their presence has helped local players up their game in speaking to the press, engaging with fans on social media, and given them confidence to raise issues openly
Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad said the process was carried out legally, adding that MB Inc held a series of direct negotiations with the farm operators since 2021, in addition to offering ex-gratia at a reasonable rate.
