A former chief assistant secretary at the Home Ministry has been charged with 21 counts of submitting false documents in order to claim over RM5,000 from the ministry.
The Pardons Board should disclose the reasons behind its decision to grant ex-prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak a reduced prison sentence and fine, said Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh.
