Hatta Sanuri fails in bid to reinstate suit over ICJ’s Batu Puteh decision

The Federal Court here today dismissed Mohd Hatta Sanuri's application for leave to appeal, which sought to reinstate his suit in connection with the government's withdrawal of a review application on the International Court of Justice's decision on Batu Puteh's sovereignty.
