The Court of Appeal has reserved its decision on the prosecution's appeal against the acquittal of Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers on the charge of murdering former Cradle Fund chief executive Nazrin Hassan.
The Court of Appeal was today told that Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers were responsible for the death of Cradle Fund chief executive officer (CEO) Nazrin Hassan.
Penang Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) director Hairozie Asri said the department investigated the location as soon as they received information about the incident. He said DOSH has also issued an immediate stop work notice pending investigations.
