A lorry driver who evaded a roadblock and engaged in a 50km chase before attempting to ram a motorcycle ridden by a traffic policeman five days ago was charged in the magistrates’ court here today.
Police have arrested a 21-year-old lorry driver who made a sudden U-turn on the double line and attempted to flee during a roadblock at KM9 Jalan Bahau-Kemayan near Jempol, Negri Sembilan, yesterday afternoon.
Passengers heading to KLIA in an express bus were delayed by an hour when the Road Transport Department found the driver driving the bus without a driving licence when stopped at the Kota Kemuning Toll Plaza here last night.
