Sarawak is projected to collect a revenue of RM12.7 billion for the year 2023, marking a record-breaking and highest revenue collection in its history, according to state Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Openg.
Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi’s statement of the possibility of Sarawak having its own currency was merely his honest opinion, said Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Openg.
Sarawak may introduce its own currency if the less favourable economy in Malaysia persists, said Federal Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.
