The Court of Appeal today dismissed an appeal by three individuals challenging the then Pakatan Harapan cabinet’s decision to grant Lynas Malaysia Sdn Bhd an extension of licence in 2019 to operate its rare earth processing facility.
The Pardons Board should disclose the reasons behind its decision to grant ex-prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak a reduced prison sentence and fine, said Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh.
